So as I mentioned in my other blog, I just turned 35 and was slapped in the face with the realization of how out of shape I've become.
I was never Mr. Athletic, but I like to think I wasn't a slob. Now I fear that I am. As part of the quest to see if I can be in the absolute BEST shape of my life while in my mid thirties, I have decided to try the Turbulence Training program offered by Craig Ballantyne.
I'll be posting here with my results and opinions, along with some helpful articles.
